Meet Natalie

I’m an American yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga since 2012, first as a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and later as a certified trauma-informed teacher. While yin and vinyasa are my specialties, I also love guiding hatha, restorative, slow flow, and the occasional power flow as well.

For me, yoga is not a workout—it’s a work-in. Each class is designed as a gentle return to yourself, your breath, and the present moment. In a world so often caught up in the past or rushing toward the future, my classes are an invitation to remember that you are exactly where you need to be, right here and right now.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or deepening a longtime practice, I’d love to welcome you to a yoga class in English at BodyFlow Yoga in Munich, and I hope to meet you at the studio sometime soon :)
