Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses. In this all-levels class, beginners will be guided with clear instructions and foundational options, while experienced practitioners will have opportunities to explore deeper and more challenging variations.

Class begins with 25 minutes of mindful warm-up, followed by a 20-minute energizing flow to build strength and focus. We finish with 30 minutes of deep stretching and a soothing savasana.

Beginners and Experienced Yogis Welcome.

Yin Yoga

This beginner-friendly class combines the deep stretch and self awareness of yin yoga with the gentle movements and coordinated breathwork of slow flow yoga. Yin & Slow Flow provides the perfect unwinding after a long work week and will help to bring you back to your center.

All levels welcome. Please dress warm!

Meet Natalie

I’m an American yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga since 2012, first as a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and later as a certified trauma-informed teacher. While yin and vinyasa are my specialties, I also love guiding hatha, restorative, slow flow, and the occasional power flow.

For me, yoga is not a workout—it’s a work-in. Each class is designed as a gentle return to yourself, your breath, and the present moment. In a world so often caught up in the past or rushing toward the future, my classes are an invitation to remember that you are exactly where you need to be, right here and right now.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or deepening a longtime practice, I’d love to welcome you to a yoga class in English at BodyFlow Yoga in Munich, and I hope to meet you at the studio real soon :)
