Rise and Shine! ☀️
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses. In this all-levels class, beginners will be guided with clear instructions and foundational options, while experienced practitioners will have opportunities to explore deeper and more challenging variations.
Class begins with 25 minutes of mindful warm-up, followed by a 20-minute energizing flow to build strength and focus. We finish with 30 minutes of deep stretching and a soothing savasana.
Beginners and Experienced Yogis Welcome.

Yin Yoga
Rest and Restore 🌊
This beginner-friendly class combines the deep stretch and self awareness of yin yoga with the gentle movements and coordinated breathwork of slow flow yoga. Yin & Slow Flow provides the perfect unwinding after a long work week and will help to bring you back to your center.
All levels welcome. Please dress warm!

Let's take a month off social media and replace mindless scrolling with reading, podcasts, crafts, music, meditation, and other fulfilling activities so our dopamine levels can return to normal.
This challenge kicks off with a 30-minute NLP session to rewire your brain to dislike scrolling, making it easier to step away from the apps. You’ll also get support and encouragement in our WhatsApp group as we share resources and celebrate wins.


Somatic Release Half-Day Experience

This half-day experience is an invitation to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and learn simple tools for nervous system regulation and emotional balance. Whether you’re navigating stress, healing from trauma, or simply seeking more presence and ease, this experience is designed to meet you where you are, no prior experience needed.
The day includes a full-body somatic release session, nervous system insights, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), psoas release exercises, and a deeply restorative yoga nidra practice. You’ll also receive a printed workbook, recorded practices, and additional resources to support your integration.

As the founder of BodyFlow Munich, I help students release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength through movement and breath.
My classes blend deep embodiment, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed practices, creating a space for both transformation and ease.
